4. Scope of services

I provide the following services:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions, including somatic methods and trauma-informed support
  • Digital products (e.g., guides, checklists, e-books, courses)
  • Online workshops and group sessions
  • A blog on narcissistic abuse recovery
  • Affiliate links and product recommendations

My coaching sessions are designed to support individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse and are seeking somatic tools for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and boundary repair.

5. Coaching disclaimer

Somatic coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal growth and nervous system regulation. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing severe trauma symptoms, active dissociation, suicidal ideation, or other mental health crises, coaching is not appropriate for you at this time. You must seek support from a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or emergency services
(e.g., call 999 or Samaritans at 116 123). By using my services, you confirm that you are not relying on coaching as a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.

By using my services, you confirm that you are not relying on coaching as a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.

The information on this site is for educational purposes only and may not reflect the most current research. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Client responsibility

By using my services or accessing my materials, you acknowledge the following:

  • You take full responsibility for your own healing journey and decisions.
  • Coaching is not a cure, nor a quick fix. It is a process that requires active participation and self-reflection.
  • You understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for seeking additional support when necessary (e.g. legal, medical, or therapeutic).

7. Bookings and payment terms

I accept the following payment methods on my Site:

  • Credit card;
  • PayPal; and
  • Debit card.

When you provide me with your payment information, you authorise my third-party payment processors to charge the agreed amount. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or service if fraud is suspected or if your payment breaches any law or these Terms.

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement is explicitly offered and agreed upon.
  • Upon successful payment, you will need to make your booking via my Google calendar, provided in my checkout process. Any relevant next steps will be communicated via email or your account.
  • Coaching sessions are available in limited quantities and require your commitment to scheduling and showing up on time.
  • Session expectations, timing, and responsibilities are outlined in your Coaching Agreement, which you’ll receive after payment.
  • All digital products (such as downloads or self-paced materials) are accessible immediately after purchase and are non-refundable once accessed [please see refund policy below, 8. Cancellations and refunds].

8. Cancellations and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of coaching services within 14 days of the transaction date (the “cooling-off period”) and receive a full refund — unless the service has already begun during this period.

By scheduling or requesting your coaching session to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly agree that:

  • Services will begin before the cooling-off period ends, and
  • You will lose your right to a full refund once the service has been fully delivered.

If part of a coaching package has been delivered during the cooling-off period, a partial refund may be issued, minus the value of any sessions already used.

To exercise your right to cancel within this timeframe, you must contact me in writing at info@salltsisters.com before your scheduled session begins.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing: info@salltsisters.com.

  • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Due to the personalised nature of coaching, the limited availability of 1:1 sessions, and the time commitment involved, coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

For coaching packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus applicable fees or the cost of sessions already completed.

Under Regulation 37(1) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that digital products (including e-books, courses, and downloadable resources) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once access is granted. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and waive your right to cancel or request a refund after download or streaming begins.

If you have any concerns or need help with your booking, please reach out to: info@salltsisters.com. I value transparency and will always do my best to find a fair solution.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. Everything you share during coaching sessions is treated with compassion, respect, and discretion. I will never share your personal information, stories, or session content with anyone, unless required by law (e.g., in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when subpoenaed by a court).

Brief anonymous case information may be used for coaching supervision purposes.

Please note that while every effort is made to create a secure space, no communication via the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using this site and engaging in online sessions, you acknowledge this risk.

All personal data is handled in accordance with my privacy policy, which outlines how your information is collected, stored, and used. By using this website and booking a session, you consent to this use of your data.

You may not copy, share, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial or non-personal use without written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

These methods are designed for educational and experiential use only and do not replace therapy or clinical diagnosis.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or platforms—including schedulers, payment processors, or external resources. Some of the links on this Site may be affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you choose to make a purchase—at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products or programs I have personally used or vetted and genuinely believe in.

Use of any third-party tools or platforms is entirely at your own risk, and their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sallt Sisters and Laura will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional distress
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injuries
  • Loss of data or other intangible losses

This applies even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Coaching is a personal development tool—not a guarantee of results—and your outcomes will depend on your unique situation and commitment to the process.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Indemnity

By using this Site and my services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sallt Sisters, its owner (Laura), and any affiliates or partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or services;
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Any breach by you of your responsibilities as a coaching client.

You agree to use this Site and engage in services at your own discretion and risk.

14. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises between us, I strongly encourage informal resolution first. Please email me at info@salltsisters.com, and I will do my best to resolve the issue with care and respect.

Mediation

If we cannot reach an amicable resolution within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a certified UK mediator before pursuing legal action. The costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

Governing law

This agreement and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of your location.

Jurisdiction

For consumers (individual clients), you may file legal action in either:

  • The courts of your country of residence (if your local consumer laws allow this), or
  • The courts of England and Wales (where my business is based).

Your local consumer laws may override this choice.

For business clients (e.g., companies/organisations):

  • Any legal disputes must be filed exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use this website and its services, you agree to the current version of these Terms.

16. Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
